Of course the first step is looking around our website till you find a trip of your choice. Maybe it is already completely to your wishes, or maybe you want to change some things in there. You have additional questions? This is the step where you write us a mail or fill in one of the forms.
STEP 2
Use the inquiry or sent us a mail to info@himalayandream.team or info@nepal4travel.com. Without any obligations we will reply within 24 hours! For Dutch and Belgium customers we will repliy in Dutch language and for German customers in German.
We will sent you a detailed proposal and price and you can check if all is okay, again still without any obligation.
STEP 3
If you like and agree to the offer, let us know we will sent you the invoice. You can check and still change according to your wishes.
If all is according to your wishes, the booking will be final upon arrival of your deposit of 25% of the total amount which is mentioned in the invoice. Use online banking or forward the amount to our bank. This takes approx. 5 days.
