We offer three kinds of tours, trekkings, cultural and jungle tours. The stars indicate the difficulty of a trek or tour, from easy to very strenuous. 1-2 stars means few and at most short hikes at relatively low altitudes. Good to do for anyone in normal, healthy condition. Also suitable for families with (younger) children. 3-4 stars are moderate difficult, multi-day hikes that require normal, but good hiking condition and adaptability in the usually simple lodges. Not suitable for people who get joint pain from long walking or ascending/ descending steep paths or stairs. These treks go above 3,000 meters, but do not require climbing experience. 5 stars are often long and arduous treks at high altitude, sometimes with securing equipment for snow or ice. Again, no alpine climbing experience is required, instructions and training are given during the trek. Accommodation is also sometimes very basic in tents.
Under description you can read all major aspects regarding a tour, including all price details. The day by day program is listed under Itinerary. The price is always per person and are based upon at least 2 persons sharing a double room. Individual trips are also available but require a single supplement. You can request a free quote for this.
The trip begins and ends at the international airport in Kathmandu (pick up/drop off). The duration of the tour is based on this. Group tours have a fixed start date. All other trips have a flexible start date of the customer’s choice. However, seasons are mentioned that are recommended for the tour due to weather conditions. E.g. trekkings in Everest / Annapurna are recommended in spring (April/May) or autumn (Oct/Nov), Mustang trekkings are recommended in July. Unfortunately, due to weather or other natural conditions, it may happen that (parts of a) tour cannot take place and will be adjusted on the spot with an alternative at another location.
